CC&E is a super-regional bank chain, which like many banks has many more female than male employees when all positions, such as tellers and assistants, are counted. Mark, the CEO, wants to break what some women employees have claimed is a “glass ceiling” in CC&E banks. He tells his HR Director to recommend to him the best qualified woman employee in the chain who could be promoted to president of the new bank which is opening soon.
